So by now you should have a good idea about who we are and what we do. By joining CrossFit Kinsale you are taking the first step towards an improved overall fitness (not to mention a killer bod) and joining a widespread community of people who want be fit and healthy. So what next ?
The first step is to drop us an email at info@CrossFitkinsale.com or alternatively fill in the form on the "Contact us" page and we will get back to you with a schedule of times for the fundamental classes which are mandatory for all members. Don't worry, although we will be teaching you the basic moves there will be a WOD at the end of each class that will provide enough intensity to get the blood flowing.
