Functional Body Building (FBB)

We run two courses in this area, at beginner and intermediate level.
The beginner course is a two session per week course, run over 6 weeks, this course is suitable to all levels of fitness. The Intermediate course is 3 sessions per week run over 6 weeks.
The aim of the course is to build lean muscle and reduce body fat. Simple. Our main tactic in achieving this will be to accumulate as much work (or muscular contractions) as possible during each session. Please contact us for details (morning and evening times slots available)​
